If the TerminusTowny project will ever be shut down, nothing can be refunded.
You must be above the legal age of 18 or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make any purchases or payments on the TerminusTowny store.
All purchases are final as the items being sold are not usable or redeemable in the real life, Because of that you will not be able to get a refund. Unless there will be a special agreement between both parties (the buyer and our team).
We can change any of perks and features you will receive from buying ranks and everything else we offer in our store and in-game, we likely won't do that often or at all yet we cannot be certain about that and cannot promise it wont happen. We might change some of the features given by the ranks and any other item offered in our store, which includes but not limited to- Removal, change, swap if we see it as necessary.
You are responsible for your own actions. It is your responsibility to enter the correct username/s for the package/s that you intend to purchase. if you accidentally enter the wrong username please contact us (The staff) Though Discord or in-game.
We will not be responsible or take responsibility for any product received/sold from/by third party users.
We are not responsible for loss of any Item/product you have received from a third part due to the following in events that may occur during your playtime on TerminusTowny:
Getting killed or dying by any player(s), mob(s) or by any natural consequences such as dying of hunger, fall damage, ect.
A server or player-data wipe/reset.
A server punishment, for example a Permanent Ban, Mute, and alike.
Refunds can be discussed ONLY with the developer team not including moderators and administrators.
If there will be any attempt to charge-back or refund in any way including with Paypal or your credit card company without permission from the Developer team, it will count as a criminal offence and can result in legal investigation, and also lead to a permanent ban form any project the team will work on.
